1 & 1/2 lbs. of 1/2"-sliced kielbasa or smoked sausage

2 x 10 & 3/4-oz. cans of condensed, undiluted cream of mushroom soup

1 x 16-oz. jar of rinsed, well-drained sauerkraut

3 cups of Swiss cheese shreds

1 & 1/3 cups of milk, 2%

4 chopped green onions

2 tbsp. of mustard, Dijon

4 minced cloves of garlic

Instructions:

Preheat the toaster oven to 350F.

Cook the pasta using instructions on package. Drain. Transfer to large-sized bowl. Add soup, sausage, sauerkraut, milk, 2 cups of cheese, onions, garlic and mustard and stir.

Spoon mixture into 2 lightly greased 8” x 8” casserole dishes and sprinkle with last cup of cheese.

Leave dishes uncovered and bake them in 350F oven for 45 to 50 minutes, till bubbly and golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
